Strong & vulnerable

My dear heart:
You are so brave.
every day you show up,
every day you try, you grow,
some days - like today - are extra challenging

yet you show up,
you still choose to be vulnerable.

I am so incredibly proud of you.

You are teaching me that true strength is
admitting you are imperfect,
showing your pain,
having weaknesses.
