Wren Reimers (they/them) is a Seattle-based artist who creates paper collages, digital art, embroidery, poetry, and writings.
Their self-reflection and inner world inspire their work as they heal from generational trauma, deprogram their conservative christian upbringing, and embrace their true self. Wren dreams that someone will see their work and feel a little less alone, a little more understood.
In addition to creating art, Wren runs a queer craft group and owns and operates a little online retail shop.
But for the most part, Wren spends their time walking their pup Luna around the city while thinking about the world.
"I create to give my feelings space, so they stop spinning around in my head. I share them so we both feel less alone."
Before you experience my website I have a question for you:
How are you?
If the answer is something close to "not okay," I ask that you take a moment to ensure:
1. you are in a safe place,
2. that you have people that care about you on hand,
3. and that you know that it's okay to not be okay.
My site's content contains possible triggers so please monitor your state of mind and take care of yourself. Because you matter.
I'm glad you're here.
